This grant provides funds for Prince George's County-based technology businesses seeking expansion, capacity-building, business retention, job creation, and job retention. It is specifically for qualifying technology companies and startups seeking to expand.

Small Business Capital and Growth Stimulus Fund Tech Grant - FSC First FSC First provides access to financing to small businesses through many distinct loan products. The loans are a product of public-private partnerships between a consortium of participating banks, Prince George’s County, the State of Maryland and FSC First.

Small Business Capital and Growth Stimulus Fund Tech Grant Whether you are planning to grow or expand your existing Prince George’s County based tech business, hire new employees or retain the ones you have, the Small Business Capital & Growth Stimulus Fund Tech Grant could be the solution. FSC First is a designated Fund Manager for the Small Business Capital and Growth Stimulus Fund Tech Grant.

Grant funds are provided for Prince George’s County businesses seeking business expansion, business capacity-building, business retention, job creation and job retention. The grants are for qualifying technology companies and startups seeking to expand. Grants: Up to $10,000 for tech businesses.

Grants: Matching grant funds for qualifying businesses that receive the Biotechnology Investment Incentive Tax Credit (BIITC) Technology companies must be in the following industry: Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Bioscience, or Cybersecurity.

Business must be owned by a resident of Prince George’s County Business must be registered, in “Good Standing” with the State of Maryland and Prince George’s County at the time of award; and Remain a County-based business for at least the next sixty (60) months of the business’s existence after receipt of the award, as a written condition of acceptance of the award. A startup 36 months or less in existence.

An existing business 3 plus years in existence.

Please be advised there is a Part 1 and Part 2 that must be completed in the application To support your application, please be prepared with the following: A full description of your business services and capabilities A description of the use of fund Business address and owner address 2-3 years of federal business tax returns or personal tax returns with all schedules included (existing businesses).

Startups must provide business plan and financial projections, tax returns if applicable.
