The DARPA SBIR/STTR Transition and Commercialization Support Program (TCSP) provides no-cost support services to recipients of DARPA SBIR Phase I and Phase II awards to help them move their technology beyond Phase II into further R&D programs, Department of Defense acquisition programs, other federal programs, or the commercial marketplace.
Services include commercialization strategy development, business development guidance, contract terminology training, cybersecurity requirements support, and transition planning tools. TCSP resources include fact sheets, strategy plan templates, and activity summary report templates. All services are provided at no cost to DARPA SBIR/STTR awardees.

SBIR/STTR Transition & Commercialization Support SBIR/STTR Transition & Commercialization Support The DARPA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Transition & Commercialization Support Program (TCSP) is designed to support transition and commercialization planning activities for DARPA-funded SBIR/STTR projects.
The TCSP goal is to maximize the potential for SBIR/STTR companies to move their technology beyond Phase II, and into other research and development programs for further maturity, or into solutions or products for DoW acquisition programs, other Federal programs, and/or the commercial market. TCSP services are provided at no cost to awardees.
