Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Grants - Phase I (R41) | Grants & Funding U.S. Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Grants - Phase I (R41) To help small businesses that partner with a nonprofit research institution bring scientific innovations to the marketplace.
The STTR supports research and development (R&D) awards to eligible United States small business concerns only. Note: General Small Business Information Visit Small Business for general guidance, policy, and program information.
