Small Grants Fund is sponsored by Two Ridings Community Foundation. This fund supports small voluntary and community groups, small charities, and other types of not-for-profit organisations (e. g.

CIC's and CBS's) with a turnover under £150,000.

Apply for Funding from Two Ridings Community Foundation Grants to transform Yorkshire communities & empower local people Two Ridings is a regional grant maker awarding funding from funds we steward for our donors and supporters. Our aim is to make a lasting difference to local people in our communities. Some of our funding is region-wide and some is place-based.

Other funding is offered in order to tackle a specific issue or address different needs. When applying you must read the eligibility criteria and guidance notes for the funding before you apply to check it is the right funding for you. Apply for up to £3,000 for activities. Please see the Fund page for full deadline information. Community First Prime Opportunities Fund Supporting projects and individuals working in areas of significant disadvantage which enable children and young people to maximise their potential.

Fraisthorpe Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund For groups based in, or serving the people of, Barmston and Fraisthorpe, Carnaby, and the part of Bridlington that sits south of the spa. Apply to improve quality of life and community resources for local residents.

Knabs Ridge Wind Farm Community Fund Provides grants to fund charitable, educational, environmental or community projects for the benefit of residents in the area around the Knabs Ridge Wind Farm. Selby and East Riding of Yorkshire You can apply for small voluntary groups to enhance and improve the communities in the parishes of Airmyn, Drax, Long Drax and Newland.

Sixpenny Wood Wind Farm Fund This fund is for the benefit of the people and communities in the area around the Sixpenny Wood Wind Farm in East Yorkshire. North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, York, Hull Funding for small groups and organisations (with an income under £150,000) to enhance and improve the communities they work in.

THE LOCAL FUND for the Harrogate District This Fund will reopen in 2026 - Funding for small organisations (under £200k turnover) in Hull to support with health and wellbeing, education and training, heritage and culture, and environment.

Nidderdale Plus Community Fund Supporting local charitable activity in Nidderdale and the surrounding area to run activities for local people and cover overhead costs North Yorkshire Coast Fund The former borough of Scarborough For the wellbeing of people and communities in the former borough of Scarborough. We give priority to work with children and young people to thrive and to help promote good mental health.

Organisational Development Fund York, North and East Yorkshire (excluding Hull & former Selby district) Strengthen groups and organisations through making a necessary developmental ‘step change’ needed to become more stable and resilient. QFUTURES Community Fund (East Yorkshire) East Yorkshire (excluding Pocklington) This fund supports projects focused on developing skills, access to employment and training opportunities.

QFUTURES Community Fund (North Yorkshire) North Yorkshire (excluding former Selby district) Funding collaborative and partnership working for those organisations addressing climate action and resilience; supporting underrepresented groups and marginalised communities; and/or supporting those impacted by neurodiversity.

East Yorkshire, Hull, North Yorkshire, York Helping local groups support vulnerable people during September–March with warm spaces, food, and wellbeing help. We are currently paused for new applications. Should further funds be secured for this programme we will reopen later in winter.
