Small Grants Programme is a grant from the National Churches Trust that has been merged into the Medium Grants programme and funds urgent maintenance works and small repairs at Christian places of worship across the UK.
Originally offering up to £5,000 (now usually £500 to £10,000 through the Medium Grants programme), the program supports repairs identified as high priority within a recent Quinquennial Inspection, Building Survey, or Condition Report. Small investigative works and surveys are also eligible.
Eligible applicants include listed and unlisted Christian places of worship of any denomination in the UK, for projects with total works costs up to £80,000 including VAT. Applications are now submitted through the Medium Grants programme.

These grants can fund urgent maintenance works and small repairs identified as high priority within a recent Quinquennial Inspection, Building Survey or Condition Report. Also, small investigative works and surveys. Awards will never exceed 50% of the costs.
