Highlands and Islands Enterprise Grants - Scottish Books International : Scottish Books International Highlands and Islands Enterprise Grants Highlands and Islands Enterprise offers support to businesses based in the Highlands and Islands through its Small Innovation Grant Scheme. Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) is the economic and community development agency for the north and west of Scotland.
The agency covers a diverse region which extends from Shetland to Argyll, and from the Outer Hebrides to Moray. They have offices across the region, helping communities and businesses to develop and grow. HIE offers funding of up to £15,000 through its Small Innovation Grant Scheme.
