Sobriety Scholarship Application The Rule 62 Foundation Sober Living Scholarships offer financial assistance for safe and supportive recovery housing. Each of our core team members are in recovery themselves, so we know first-hand how stressful this time can be. That’s why these applications are a top priority and reviewed as quickly as possible.
