The Social Equity Financial Assistance (SEFA) Grant program provides eligible social equity marijuana licensees with direct financial support to help overcome common barriers to entry, such as start-up costs and access to capital. Through this program, qualifying businesses can receive milestone-based grant funding to support critical needs like facility build-out, equipment purchases, and other essential start-up expenses.
The goal is to foster greater participation from communities most impacted by past marijuana laws and to help create a diverse, equitable, and sustainable cannabis market in Delaware.
