Social Justice & Resiliency Grants is sponsored by Community Foundation for Southwest Washington (CFSWW). This fund was created to address systemic inequities by providing sustained funding for historically under-resourced communities. Grants support capacity building and systemic change efforts that are building a more robust and diverse coalition of community-based organizations to respond when crises hit.
The grants focus on operating support for organizations serving Black, Indigenous, or People of Color, culturally specific organizations and coalitions seeking to reimagine the systems they work in.
It also supports investments in organizations focused on systemic change, policy and advocacy efforts, and/or capacity-building support to organizations that are investing in equity work and addressing disparities in their organization and/or programming. The fund awards both proactive and responsive grants.
