Sonic Impact Scholarship Program is sponsored by Sonic Tools USA. Awards scholarships to deserving students pursuing automotive, aviation, and manufacturing technician careers, providing tools to excel in their education.

The Sonic Impact Scholarship - Sonic Tools The Sonic Impact Scholarship is our way of investing in the future and allowing students to focus on their education and career, and not the debt of buying tools. Sonic would like to support passionate students who are committed to their trade, by supplying them with the literal “tools of their trade.

” Sonic will award 10 scholarships in 2026 (5 in June and 5 in November) to deserving students. The students will be awarded a comprehensive set of tools curated for their trade and a toolbox. The deadline for each scholarship period is May 31st and Oct 31st.

At Sonic, we recognize the critical technician shortage and the impact that skilled technicians make in their industries and their communities. October 31, 2026 for the November award. Can I apply for the scholarship multiple times? Yes.

We would encourage submitting new essays and/or videos. Which technical programs qualify for this scholarship? Accredited Automotive, Aviation and Manufacturing Technician Programs.

How will I be notified if I’m selected? Someone from Sonic will contact the scholarship award winners directly. Is there a minimum GPA requirement?

No. But GPA is considered. Do I need to be a U.S. citizen to apply? No. As long as you have the proper work / school visas.
