Up to $25,000 is available to cover costs associated with hiring a third-party university, consultant, or testing laboratory to assist with advancing research and development toward launching new products or implementing process upgrades. Up to $10,000 is available to cover costs associated with creating new innovative products or services or implementing processes to improve operational efficiencies, or marketing/sales systems.
