Our Spay-Neuter Voucher program is designed to assist pet guardians, independent rescuers, and TNR champions, providing support as funding allows. If you are a registered 501(c)(3) organization, we encourage you to seek grant opportunities through organizations like the ASPCA, Best Friends Animal Society, and Petco Love.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to continue supporting individuals who need it most. To ensure our limited funds reach those with no other options, we encourage you to take advantage of spay-neuter resources available exclusively to your area. Norwalk Residents may qualify for spay-neuter assistance through the City of Norwalk .

LA City Residents qualify for FREE or low-cost spay-neuter through LA Animal Services . Long Beach and contract cities (Los Alamitos, Cerritos, and Signal Hill) qualify for spay-neuter vouchers through Long Beach Animal Care Services . El Monte residents are offered FREE spay-neuter through the ASPCA .
