Home | Rest Haven Children's Health Fund Emergency Assistance Program Children's Health Foundation provides one-time, emergency assistance to children residing in San Diego or Imperial Counties who have a health-related need not covered by any other funding source.
Emergency Family Services Medically Necessary Equipment and Supplies Children's Health Foundation (formerly Rest Haven Preventorium for Children d/b/a Children’s Health Fund) is a California 501(c)(3) private non-operating foundation established in 1909. We provide financial support for the health-related needs of children where families have a demonstrated financial need and no other funding source, public or private, is available.
We additionally offer our annual grants Special Grants to 501(c)(3) public charities that share our mission. This competitive grant process kicks off in the spring of each year, culminating in decisions that are announced in mid-June.
