Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children WIC NOFA To improve the nutrition and health status of eligible pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants and children up to age 5; encourage the utilization by each WIC participant of available health and social services; and promote and support breastfeeding.
