Specialty Crop Block Grants is sponsored by Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) (funded by USDA). This program is meant to enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops, defined as fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops.
