Sponsorship Requests - Sierra Health Foundation We are providing limited sponsorship opportunities. Please review the submission instructions below. We accept requests from qualifying nonprofit organizations in our funding region for event sponsorships that are compatible with the foundation’s mission and programs.
Submission due dates are: Feb. 1, May 1, Aug. 1 and Nov.
1 by 5 p. m. Please include a cover letter with event details and sponsorship options, as well as the organization’s name, contact information (including phone number and e-mail address) and Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Requests must be for one event only. Event sponsorship requests must be e-mailed no later than 5 p. m.
on the due date. We will make funding decisions within six weeks of each of these dates. Please be mindful of these dates when submitting your request.
We will not fund an event after it has taken place. Please e-mail us any questions.
