Sponsorship Requests (Ongoing) is sponsored by Destination: Home. Destination: Home accepts sponsorship requests on an ongoing basis from organizations whose mission and work align with preventing and ending homelessness in Silicon Valley. They also have specific funds like the Techquity Fund and Supportive Employment Assistance (SEA) Fund.

The National Lived Experience Leadership Conference returns to the West Coast on September 28–30, 2026 , held in partnership with the National Coalition for the Homeless! Funding Impactful Strategies: Supportive Housing & Innovation Fund Destination: Home is proud to help fund impactful strategies for preventing and ending homelessness in our community.

Our organization accepts applications for funding for specific efforts through a request-for-proposal process or by invitation. When available, grants and other opportunities are listed on this page. Grant funding from Destination: Home supports three focus areas representing the most severe and most traditionally under-funded aspects of our region’s housing crisis.

Eligible organizations with a targeted initiative that aligns well with these areas of focus are welcome to apply for grant funding. Learn More & Submit an Inquiry Expanding Access With TECHquity In an effort to bridge the gap in tech tools for our partners and neighbors in need, we have created the Techquity Fund.

The fund takes into account the unique needs of those experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity and homeless service providers. Delivering Supportive Employment Assistance Destination: Home developed the Supportive Employment Assistance (SEA) Fund to help individuals with lived experience of homelessness overcome barriers to stable housing and long-term economic stability.

Increasing WiFi Equity and Access Destination: Home is interested in supporting equitable unlimited access to high-quality internet for people who are in the Santa Clara County Supportive Housing System, are extremely low income, and need access to allow for MyConnectSV use.

If your organization has Permanent Supportive Housing, Transitional Housing, Shelter, or a Service Center located in Santa Clara County and you’re interested in partnering with us to bring free wifi access to your residents and guests so they can connect to MyConnectSV, please fill out the interest form here .

As part of our commitment to support other nonprofits, we accept sponsorship requests on an ongoing basis from organizations whose mission and work align with our mission to prevent and end homelessness in Silicon Valley.

To be eligible for a sponsorship, organizations must meet these minimum requirements: Be a 501c3 non-profit organization or a community group with a 501c3 fiscal sponsor in good standing; Provide services and/or engage in activities or policy/advocacy work that directly benefit households experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Santa Clara County; AND Adhere to Destination: Home’s Grant Giving Policies .

Review Process and Timeline Requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis. You can generally expect to receive a response within 2-3 business days. Payments typically take an additional 10-14 business days to process.
