This France 2030 call for projects helps the cultural and creative industries adopt AI and digital technologies. It is run by the SGPI and the Ministry of Culture and operated by Bpifrance and Banque des Territoires. It funds three kinds of project. The first is new tools, notably AI-based, for producing cultural content or creating new artistic experiences. The second is sharing and making use of cultural and audience data. The third is securing how content is used and paying rights holders fairly, through traceability, content identification, rights management and anti-piracy. Projects need a total budget of at least €400,000. Support combines grants, generally up to 60 percent, with repayable advances of at least 40 percent. The call runs in four rounds until 16 June 2027. The third round closes 25 November 2026 at noon Paris time. Applications go through Bpifrance's Picxel platform for company-led projects, while Banque des Territoires handles public, associative and general-interest projects. Work must be innovative, carried out in France and not started before applying. The call may close early if its funds run out.
