* Small Business Checklist * Small Business Financing (SSBCI) * Arizona SSBCI Program FAQs * Arizona SSBCI Technical Assistance Grant Program * SSBCI Stage of Service Assessment * Small Business Boot Camp The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) manages the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Technical Assistance (TA) Program for socially and economically disadvantaged businesses (SEDI-owned businesses) and VSBs (very small businesses) that are applying for, preparing to apply or have previously applied for capital from a SSBCI supported program or other eligible federal or state program (this includes businesses that have already received SSBCI funding).
**This is no cost technical assistance program. ** The program’s outcome is to _prepare_ Arizona small businesses for either debt or equity funding by providing legal, accounting and financial advisory services. This program can provide businesses that have received SSBCI funding with additional technical assistance.
Examples of these services include: 1. Financial Advisory Services * Banking Relationships and Loan Preparation * Funding Readiness Workshops * Audits, Financial Statements or Business Records 3.
Legal Assistance Services * Licensing, Filings and Certifications * Venture Capital Agreements * Patent and Trademark Advisory If you are seeking any of these services, please complete the SSBCI TA form and a member of the ACA will be in touch regarding next steps.
