St. Timothy Scholarship Programme, Malawi is sponsored by Anglican Diocese of Upper Shire and Roman Catholic Diocese of Mangochi (jointly launched). This program provides scholarships to bright students from poor families to attend residential secondary schools.
The scholarships cover all direct expenses of secondary school attendance, including tuition, room and board, stationery, uniforms, and examination fees. Selection is based on financial need and academic potential, with half of the scholarships awarded to girls and half to boys.
