Stand Together Foundation

Stand Together Foundation Grants (Greater Green Bay Community Foundation) provides up to $225,000 over three years to catalyze innovative strategies that move people in the greater Green Bay area from the brink of poverty to economic stability and self-sufficiency. The program prioritizes innovative or collaborative programming focused on housing stability, workforce development, education, and human services addressing the root causes of poverty. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofits or governmental bodies primarily serving residents of Brown, Kewaunee, and Oconto counties in Wisconsin. Faith-based organizations may apply if services are open to all and community-focused. The application window opens August 1 and closes October 1 each year, with decisions announced within 8 to 10 weeks. Planning grants, one-year and multi-year implementation grants, and capital investments directly related to programs are all eligible.

Lowe's Hometowns Grant Program is sponsored by Lowe's. This program aims to restore and revitalize community spaces across the country through physical renovations. Consumers can nominate a community space in their hometown, such as a neighborhood garden, park, or community center. While broad, it can apply to infrastructure improvements within a community context.
