The Foundation for Health Advancement , New Jersey Health Foundation and Foundation Venture Capital Group are a family of companies committed to supporting the development of health-related research and start-up companies in New Jersey by providing research grants, community health, social service and education grants, innovation grants and venture funding to develop ideas from the research project stage to commercialization.
Our multi-disciplinary team provides assistance with strategic, operational and back office management issues to assist researchers develop their ideas and/or grow early stage health related companies. New Jersey Health Foundation (NJHF) funds innovative ideas of clinicians, researchers, and other employees at organizations with which we have Affiliation Agreements .
NJHF's Grant Programs support exciting research projects in the very early stages of development as well as a segment of funding for community health, social service issues and education projects. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to advance innovations in health for the benefit of society.
The funding NJHF provides is critical to advance ideas that have great potential to have a positive impact on human health and patients everywhere. In addition to its Grant Programs, NJHF manages more than 300 endowments that provide annual distributions to support donor-directed health research, education programs and scholarships.

NCI Continuing Umbrella of Research Experiences (CURE) Academic Career Excellence (ACE) Award (K32) is a grant from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) that funds early postdoctoral fellows from diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented groups, to pursue research training in cancer-related fields.
