Broadband | Georgia Technology Authority Georgia Broadband Program Ensuring every Georgian has reliable and affordable access to the internet with tools and skills that unlock opportunities for prosperous communities. GTA is currently in the planning phase for grant funds from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program.
These dollars will be used to support broadband grants to serve unserved and underserved locations in Georgia. Digital Connectivity Plan Our plan not only aims to establish and track measurable objectives for digital equity, but also places these goals in the broader context of economic development, workforce training, public health, educational outcomes, and civic engagement.
Community Connections Map Survey If your organization offers programs that support digital skills development, provides Wi-Fi access, or hosts community events, this survey is for you. Your input helps ensure every Georgian has access to the digital tools and support they need. We're seeking information from Georgia government agencies, community organizations, and employers about your experience and needs in accessing broadband.
