The purpose of this program is to connect Rural Hospitals (RHs) and Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) with (i) pediatric specialists and pediatric subspecialists who provide Telemedicine Medical Services (TMS) or (ii) an institution of higher education that is a member of the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium established under Chapter 113 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
