Arkansas Rural Health Section Supports access to quality health care services throughout Arkansas by helping develop community-based healthcare systems and services.

Serves as the State Office of Rural Health for Arkansas. California State Office of Rural Health Collaborates with public and private entities statewide and at the regional and national levels to increase rural access to health care and to link small rural communities with state and federal resources. Colorado Rural Health Center Serves as the State Office of Rural Health (SORH) for Colorado.

Illinois Center for Rural Health Serves as the State Office of Rural Health (SORH) for Illinois and works to improve access to primary healthcare in rural and underserved areas in the state. Provides consultation and technical assistance to community-based organizations, serves as an information clearinghouse on rural health issues, and administers scholarship programs for students in the health professions.

Indiana State Office of Rural Health Promotes the rural healthcare workforce and delivery systems in the state of Indiana and helps to coordinate efforts and resources. Supports the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility (Flex) Program and the Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program (SHIP). Texas State Office of Rural Health Works with local health care providers, county leaders, and state partners to support access to quality health care for rural Texans. Assists rural health providers through a variety of programs including information and referral, assistance with medical license applications, grants and educational awards for individual clinicians, health care institutions, and other organizations.
