PLF announces 2025-2026 state policy grant programs Environment and Natural Resources Constitutional Scholarship The Next Civil Rights Act Environment and Natural Resources Constitutional Scholarship The Next Civil Rights Act PLF announces 2025-2026 state policy grant programs Washington, DC ; July 8, 2025: Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) seeks SPN affiliate organizations to partner on meaningful state policy reform.
This competitive grant program is open to all affiliate members of SPN. Grants of up to $15,000 are available for partnership on state regulatory reform. Applications are now open, and PLF will continue to accept applications on a rolling basis through August 22, 2025.
Previous grant recipients are welcome to re-apply for further funding. PLF 2025-2026 Regulatory Reform Partnership Grant Opportunity Pacific Legal Foundation is a national nonprofit law firm that defends Americans threatened by government overreach and abuse. Since our founding in 1973, we challenge the government when it violates individual liberty and constitutional rights.
With active cases in 34 states plus Washington, D. C. , PLF represents clients in state and federal courts, with 18 wins of 20 cases litigated at the U.S. Supreme Court.
