State Revolving Loan Fund | NDEP State Revolving Loan Fund State Revolving Loan Fund The State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) provides low cost loans for drinking water and wastewater construction projects in Nevada. Both publicly owned and privately owned water systems can apply. Some communities may also qualify for loans that include forgiveness of the principal.
