Virtual exchange has the potential to enhance educational, business, and out of school settings through its power to build skills that are in demand across any industry — from mastering new languages, to interpersonal competencies, to digital awareness, to dialogue skills, and more.

In an evaluation of Stevens Initiative-supported programs in spring 2024, 89% reported increases in their job skills as a result of participating in virtual exchange. Empowers future global leaders.
