Strategic Grant-Giving | The Aultman Foundation » Aultman Foundation Grant-giving is an important part of our mission at The Aultman Foundation (TAF). Since 2007, we have distributed over $2. 3 million in grants to non-profits in our service region.
It is a privilege to partner with organizations that help lead our community to improved health. The Aultman Foundation has simplified its grant application process for interested non-profit organizations.
Any non-profit organization working to address the prioritized community health needs of Access to Care, Support for the Aging Population and/or Promotion of Healthy Behaviors may submit one grant application request between January 1 – February 28 to be considered for funding in that year. Grant Eligibility Guidelines Non-profits must have 501(c)3 designation by the IRS.
Requests must impact one or more of the following counties: Carroll, Holmes, Stark, Tuscarawas or Wayne. Requests should address at least one of the following priorities: Access to Care, Support for the Aging Population and/or Promotion of Healthy Behaviors.
Funding Priority Descriptions Access to Care includes requests that expand community access to high-quality, affordable, holistic and culturally relevant healthcare and/or mental healthcare. Support for the Aging Population includes requests that support geriatric services, caregiver support and/or fall prevention.
Promotion of Healthy Behaviors includes requests that offer obesity prevention, chronic disease management, suicide prevention and/or substance use disorder services. Requests for the following items are not typically approved: To apply, eligible organizations may download and complete the grant application below.
Completed grant applications along with the required attachments (listed in the grant application) should be emailed to grants@aultman. com within the months of January and February. All funding decisions will be made by The Aultman Foundation Board of Directors each summer.
