The purpose of this FOA is to strengthen the capacity of the Federal HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Office of Ethiopia (FHAPCO) to coordinate, monitor and evaluate the multi-sectoral HIV/AIDS response in Ethiopia. This FOA will support FHAPCO to proactively work on policy and advocacy on HIV/AIDS and to lead evidence based program guidance. National information systems will be strengthened, as well as FHAPCO and regional capacities for monitoring and evaluation of health facilities, activities and outcomes including those related to HIV/AIDS prevention, control and care and treatment activities. Through this FOA, FHAPCO will conduct implementation science and other program evaluation to strengthen multisector HIV interventions to achieve the 90-90-90 goals.
