$100,000 Yearly funds awarded to RSOs through the Student Organization Grant $60,000 Total awarded each year through the Graduate and Professional Education Grant Student Organization Grant (SOG) To earn these funds, your RSO should work to improve your peers’ intellectual development, critical thinking, and cultural competence. To apply for the grant, head to The Spot and scroll to the bottom.
Under Campus Links, select Student Organization Grant (SOG) Cycle Application. Graduate and Professional Education Grants (GPEG) It can get expensive traveling to conferences and conducting research. That’s why the IU Indianapolis Funding Board provides up to $500 reimbursement per student per year through the GPEG.
Funds can be used to attend or present at local, national, and international conference as well as for trainings. To apply for the grant, head to The Spot and scroll to the bottom. Under Campus links, select Graduate and Professional Education Grant (GPEG) Cycle Application.
If at first you don’t succeed, you can try again The IU Indianapolis Funding Board is a trained, unbiased committee that promotes the good use of student funds, reviews new grant proposals and hears appeals for those previously unawarded. If you are not satisfied with the original decision of the IU Indianapolis Funding Board, you may ask for a second review by the committee and staff in the Office of Student Involvement.
Decisions will be made within two weeks of your appeal and will be considered final upon that conclusion. Contact indyfund@iu. edu for more information.
