It funds violence-prevention training, behavioral threat assessment teams, and threat-identification technology, such as anonymous reporting systems. This funding cannot be used for target hardening equipment to secure schools, such as cameras, security systems, fencing, locks, or drug- or firearm-detecting dogs.
