SRP Fund for the Arts Education Sturgeon River Pottery Apparel Our Sturgeon River Pottery Petoskey Stone Knives & Tools Petoskey Stone Ornaments & Magnets Polished & Unpolished Stones Cedar Adirondack Furniture Poly Adirondack Furniture Sturgeon River Pottery Apparel Sturgeon River Pottery Fund for the Arts Sturgeon River Pottery Fund for… The Sturgeon River Pottery Fund For Education In The Visual Arts was established in 1999 by founders Steve and Karen Andrews to commemorate their 25th Wedding Anniversary and is administered by the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation.
We continue to make annual contributions and thus the fund has continued to grow and supports more and more kids. To date we have provided over $20,000 in grants to our local schools to support youth art education. The fund offers financial grants to secondary school (K-12) art programs in Emmet County and Wolverine (where we started!)
as a way of helping them with their mission of developing their students’ appreciation of the visual arts. If you are an art teacher, volunteer or administrator we recommend you apply. For more information, please contact the Petoskey & Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation at (231) 348-5820.
