The Summit Cares charitable giving program awards grants to nonprofit organizations across Arkansas that address critical needs, focusing on basic necessities, STEAM programs, community enrichment, and environmental protection.

Through our Summit Cares program, we focus our support on four key areas where we can make the most meaningful impact: meeting essential needs, enriching community life, protecting our environment, and inspiring curiosity through STEAM education. Our 2026 grant application window is CLOSED.

To ensure we make the most meaningful impact possible, Summit Utilities generally does not contribute grant funding to: Organizations that practice discrimination Organizations outside of Summit's service areas Contests, trips, or tours Volunteer fire departments Event sponsorship requests Educational institutions, including K-12 schools, school districts, colleges, and universities Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located within the Summit Utilities service area.
