gov for More Information Notice of Funding Opportunity: The SHE WINS Rapid Response Fund (RRF) By U.S. Embassy in Rwanda Embassy Kigali is excited to share information about a new global opportunity available for women-led and women-serving organizations focused on Women, Peace and Security (WPS), the Supporting Her Empowerment, Women in New and Inclusive Security Rapid Response Fund (SHE WINS RRF).

Through this initiative, Embassy Kigali welcomes you to apply for funding up to $250,000 to respond to and seize new openings for the advancement of WPS in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. The SHE WINS RRF seeks to support projects that respond to changing peace and security contexts, including closing contexts or preventing backsliding on previous WPS accomplishments.
