Suspension of Funding List | NC OSBM Per 09 NCAC 03M, agencies shall not disburse any state financial assistance to an entity that is on the Suspension of Funding List. The Suspension of Funding List (SOFL) helps state agencies ensure that state financial assistance is not disbursed to non compliant grant recipients. OSBM updates this list.

It is the official source of suspension status for non-state entities.

The current SOFL, updated regularly Partial Tax ID numbers and system generated Grantee IDs for unique identification How Agencies Should Use the SOFL Check recipient status before awarding or renewing grants Resolve noncompliance issues before requesting removal from the list Guidance on how agencies can request additions or removals Each agency designates a point of contact to coordinate SOFL updates with OSBM Email OSBM to join the SOFL distribution list: Grants-OSBM@osbm.

nc. gov To export the list, click "Export Data Table" link after the last entry. Some federal food grant programs, such as CACFP, cannot have funding suspended.
