NewAccess for Small Business Owners is a free, confidential mental health coaching program developed by Beyond Blue. It’s designed to help small business owners and sole traders to reduce stress, regain balance, and build resilience — with no GP referral required.
This service is for small business owners with 20 or fewer employees, including sole traders, who: Please note: the program is not available to employees, business partners, directors, or people working in not-for-profit organisations. Up to 8 free sessions with a trained mental health coach. No diagnosis required, and no waitlists.
Delivered over phone or video to suit your schedule. Coaches with small business understanding. Tools to manage stress, improve sleep, reduce overwhelm and prevent burnout.
