Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention (TVTP) Grant Program is sponsored by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This program focuses on building local community capabilities to prevent acts of targeted violence or terrorism.

Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention HOMELAND SECURITY, DEPARTMENT OF The goal of the TVTP Grant Program is to help recipients develop sustainable, multidisciplinary TVTP capabilities in local communities, pilot innovative prevention approaches, and identify prevention practices that can be replicated at minimal cost in communities across the country.

Objectives: The TVTP Grant Program provides resources that support the eligible recipients in meeting the following objectives: a. Preventing Radicalization and Violence: Identifying and addressing factors that contribute to individuals or groups engaging in targeted violence or terrorism. b.

Community-Based Approach: Partnering with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders to build resilience and enhance local prevention frameworks. c. Capacity Building: Providing training, resources, and technical assistance to equip communities, law enforcement, and other stakeholders with tools to identify and mitigate threats.

d. Public Awareness: Raising awareness about the risks of targeted violence and terrorism and promoting early intervention strategies. e.

Collaboration Across Sectors: Encouraging partnerships between federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments, as well as private sector and non-governmental organizations. f. Research and Innovation: Supporting evidence-based research to understand.

**Fiscal Year 2026:** Expansion of local threat assessment teams and intervention programs, enhanced outreach and engagement with underserved communities, piloted innovative approaches using technology and data analytics, and increased collaboration with private sector and non-governmental organizations.

Expenditure Reports - Federal Financial Report (SF-425) - This report provides information on the status of funds for each grant. It includes details on expenditures, obligations, and remaining balances. It is typically required quarterly and at the end of the grant period.

Performance Reports- Performance Progress Report (PPR) - This semi-annual report details the progress made toward the objectives outlined in the grant application. It includes updates on project activities, milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and any changes to the project timeline or scope.
