The goal is to recruit qualified educators to work in a Maryland local education agency (LEA) Community School. GRANT INFORMATION GUIDE (GIG) When will the application be open? This Grant Information Guide (GIG) was released on Application Submission Date Friday, October 31, 2025.
No later than 5:00 pm EST. Estimated Number of Grants $1,000,000 will depend on the number of eligible candidates submitted by all LEAs that apply for funding. The total amount per candidate will not exceed Office-Hour Support Sessions MSDE will hold one office-hour support session for interested applicants.
During this session, MSDE personnel will be available to answer questions and provide support as needed.
