### What is Zendesk Tech for Good? At Zendesk, we believe that technology can change lives — especially for our most vulnerable populations. That’s why the Zendesk Tech for Good program partners with over 110 nonprofits across the globe to give them free Zendesk software, grants, and pro bono support, empowering more organizations to leverage technology and serve more people.
### What is the Tech for Good Agents of Change program? The Zendesk Agents of Change program partners with nonprofit organizations that offer workforce development training and upskilling services to historically marginalized or underrepresented adult communities.
### SOLVE community challenges quickly How Ameelio serves a chronically under-served population using Zendesk ### PROVIDE critical information & resources to communities in crisis **Zendesk’s partnership with Signpost supports people in crisis by providing access to critical information** ### DELIVER goods and services more effectively How GiveDirectly grants cash, and the dignity of choice, to program recipients ### TRAIN underrepresented groups for new careers in customer experience **How KindWork trains and graduates underserved students into Customer Experience jobs using Zendesk** **Zendesk AI Agents Advanced** - WithAI Agents Advanced, you can create advanced AI Agents across messaging and email channels.
Using generative AI, these advanced AI Agents can have back-and-forth conversations with your customers, potentially resolving requests without ever requiring a human agent. You can even script conversation flows so an AI Agent handles certain types of conversations with more fine-tuned control. ### What are the Tech for Good Impact Awards?
The Tech for Good Impact Awards will be providing free software and multiple grants ranging from $5,000 - $50,000 to global nonprofit organizations. Initially launched 2022, the Impact Awards invite nonprofit organizations to apply via the Donation Application form. ### 2026 Impact Award and Software Donation Details Thank you for your interest in the Zendesk Tech for Good program and the Impact Awards.

### Now Accepting Applications for 2026 Tech for Good Impact Awards The Tech for Good Impact Awards will be providing in-kind access to Zendesk's AI-powered Resolution Platform and access to cash grants to innovative global nonprofit organizations.
