The National Technical Assistance Programs (NTAP) is a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Bureau of Primary Health Care that funds cooperative agreements to develop and deliver technical assistance to existing and potential health centers. With $24 million expected to fund three NTAP cooperative agreements, the program focuses on supporting comprehensive, high-quality primary health care delivery, chronic disease management, nutrition, and preventive services, as well as operational effectiveness and compliance. Eligible applicants are organizations in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. The application deadline for fiscal year 2026 is March 31, 2026.
Supporting Minority and Women-owned Businesses Technical Assistance Grant is a grant from the Montgomery County LGBT Business Council that funds free technical assistance services for historically disadvantaged small businesses in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Services include one-on-one coaching in finance, compliance, marketing, and operations; workshops on digital tools and capital readiness; certification application support; and access to a statewide business resource network. Eligible businesses must be minority-owned, women-owned, located in a HUD Qualified Census Tract, or negatively impacted by COVID-19. This is not a direct cash grant but covers the full cost of services. The application deadline was May 30, 2026.
Technical Assistance Program (TAP) is sponsored by Department of the Interior, Office of Insular Affairs (OIA). This program offers grant funding for short-term projects aimed at addressing the immediate needs of insular areas. The TAP program provides discretionary grant funding to tackle urgent economic, financial, government service, and capacity challenges in the insular areas.
