One system, integrated into an enterprise data platform, will track sampling, while the other will manage contractor tracking, sample collection, scheduling, and future tasks. The goal is to share results by geographic area to inform communities about the safety of their private drinking wells. This will allow all interested parties to search for wells and addresses contacted for samples, including their responses and results.
Consequently, the project will speed up and improve the identification of wells at risk. ## Vital Records Online Ordering and E-Payment Storefront The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) will update its website to include an online ordering process and e-payment mechanism that enables families and individuals, no matter where they are located, to purchase Minnesota birth and death certificates directly from the state.

With a user-centered approach, mobile optimization, and a new content strategy, the redesign is expected to increase user satisfaction and success rates while reducing the need for assistance contacts. ## Automating MNsure's Easy Enrollment for Health Insurance MNsure’s new Easy Enrollment program aims to connect uninsured Minnesotans with information about their eligibility for health insurance coverage and financial assistance.
Consumers can participate by simply checking a box on their tax form. Given the highly sensitive data involved and the high volume of anticipated requests, with an expected 60,000 requests annually, TMF funding will support the development of an automated business solution for MNsure.
This solution will help remove risks associated with human error, increase the accuracy of eligibility determinations, and create crucial guardrails for sensitive data. ## Mobility-as-a-Service Advancements MnDOT will expand and enhance its regional Mobility-as-a-Service Platform, leveraging over $2 million in state and federal investments to date.
These improvements provide a ride-hail-like booking experience to rural public transit providers. The expanded service area will grow the platform to include 13 public transit agencies, covering most of Southern and Western Greater Minnesota. ## MnDOT Plant Selector Website/ Plant Selector Admin Website The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) plans to rebuild the Plant Selector program using Power Apps and Power BI.
