TechSTL Foundation - TechSTL Announcing the TechSTL Foundation Invested in Growing the Health & Diversity of the STL Innovation Pipeline TechSTL recently partnered with the St. Louis Community Foundation to launch a Foundation and Scholarship Fund to catalyze the innovation pipeline of the Greater St. Louis.
The TechSTL Foundation is currently fundraising to support innovative Small Businesses launched by traditionally undercapitalized founders, through awarding grants to regional Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and Revolving Loan Funds.
The Foundation will also announce a series of competitive grants to support critical programs and capacity building for the 501(c)(3) organizations who drive the tech talent pipeline, digital equity, STEM education network, and tech-enabled business development efforts across the 15 county bi-state region.
Contribute to the Foundation Donate to the TechSTL Foundation to support competitive grant programs that address capacity building challenges for the network of nonprofits driving the innovation pipeline of Greater St. Louis. We will host four grant application cycles each year for the categories listed below.
Grants for regional CDFIs and RLFs to expand Business Lending and TA that supports the expansion of small business innovation through tech Grants for nonprofits who support the entrepreneurship and small business ecosystem to grow innovation programming and capacity Grants for schools and nonprofits supporting K-12 STEM education programming with an emphsis on technology and innovation Grants for workforce development and tech talent support nonprofits to expanding programming and capacity of the pipeline In October of 2022, TechSTL released its 5X5 Blueprint that outlines their three phased strategy for achieving their ambitious goal of positioning St.
Louis to be the most diverse innovation hub in the country by 2027. The Plan outlines the goals, programs, and investments needed to be made to rapidly scale the tech talent and entrepreneurship pipeline of the 15 county bi-state region.
