TERP offers grants for people and businesses in industries like trucking, farming, and construction.
Recipients can use the funds for upgrading to newer, cleaner technology, and retiring outdated pieces of machinery. Emissions Reduction Incentive Grants Program (ERIG) Offers grants in eligible counties on a competitive basis to repower or replace older locomotives, marine vessels, stationary equipment, and select non-road equipment. New Technology Implementation Grant Program (NTIG) Offers grants statewide on a competitive basis to implement new technologies that reduce emissions of pollutants from facilities and other stationary sources.
Texas Natural Gas Vehicle Grant Program (TNGVGP) Offers grants in eligible counties on a first-come, first-served basis to repower heavy-duty or medium-duty vehicles with natural gas engines or replace the vehicles with natural gas vehicles.
Seaport and Rail Yard Areas Emissions Reduction Program (SPRY) Offers grants in eligible counties on a first-come, first-served basis to replace older drayage trucks and equipment operating at eligible seaports and rail yards.
