Contracts will be awarded to existing Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and FQHC Look-alikes for $650,000 under this OE. The aim of this program is to expand services or access to care at existing FQHCs and FQHC Look-alikes. Applications must include HRSA NoA or HRSA LAL Designation letter.
