Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until 5:00 pm CDT on August 1, 2026 or until funding is no longer available. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible to ensure funding availability We recommend that interested organizations review both our 2026 Texas Foundations Fund Guidelines as well as our FAQ document to determine eligibility before applying.
2026 Texas Foundations Fund Guidelines 2026 Texas Foundations Fund FAQ An informational webinar about the 2026 funding round was held on Tuesday, January 27th at 12:00 noon . TSAHC staff provided an overview of the program, information on eligibility, and instructions for how to apply. Instructions on How to Apply Review the 2026 Texas Foundations Fund Guidelines , which include a detailed description of eligibility requirements.
Once logged in, click the "Programs" button at the top right-hand side of the screen. Then, locate the "Texas Foundations Fund 2026" program and select the green "More" button. Review the program information and hit the green "Apply" button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Please name your application according to these guidelines: [Name of Your Organization] 2026. For example, Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation 2026. Once you have named and created your application, you will have the ability to save and return to your application as needed.
Before you are able to access the application form, you will first be required to take the application's eligibility quiz. If you pass the eligibility quiz, you will be allowed to complete the remaining tasks in the application process. There is an application form to fill out at then a list of supporting documents to provide.
As part of your application, you will be asked to agree to potential grant terms. If your application is accepted, these grant terms will take effect and grant funding will be dispersed to your chosen payment method. Please be sure to upload all required documentation for an ACH payment or mailed check, as missing information could lead to a delay in payment.
The application is due by 5:00 pm CDT on August 1, 2026 or for as long as funding is available. Funds will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and the online application will close early if funding for the program is exhausted prior to August 1st.
Submission: In order for your application to count as submitted, you will need to mark your application form as complete and then hit the green "Submit" button on the left-hand side of the screen. Once you have correctly submitted your application form, you should receive an automated email confirmation.
