Black History Month Summit VISA SHE'S NEXT GRANT PROGRAM FOR BLACK WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES Visa is continuing to take action and remove the disproportionate barriers faced by Black women founders by offering $10,000 and a one-year IFundWomen Annual Coaching Membership to 60 Black women-owned businesses across six (6) key cities in the U.S. Applications are open through Bullpen is a venture capital fund that invests post-seed capital into early stage companies.
Investments include: Ipsy, Bentobox, Grove Collaborative and more. Bullpen has funded 100+ companies with a focus on post-seed financing for people and companies that have found that special product-market fit and are overlooked for no good reason.
BANK OF AMERICA ANNOUNCES $150 MILLION INVESTMENT IN MINORITY ENTREPRENEURS Bank of America announced it will invest approximately $150 million in 40 funds, based in 21 markets across the U.S. These investments will underscore Bank of America’s ongoing efforts to address the persistent gap in access to growth capital for minority-led businesses.
