Clark Foundation spent down the vast majority of its founders' wealth to equip future engineers, reinvest in the city in which they found their success, and serve our nation's veterans. The Clark Foundation's mission was to ensure that individuals and families have access to the opportunities, support, and resources that enable them to reach their full potential.

Each year, the Clark Scholars Program will support engineering students across 11 universities. We invested $455 million in the DC area Supporting our city across 200 organizations The Clark Foundation invested in supporting DC residents and families from birth to graduation.

Honoring Mr. Clark's "give where you live" philosophy, the Clark Foundation invested throughout the Easton, Maryland community. Having graduated from the University of Maryland on a scholarship, Mr. Clark viewed education as the cornerstone of his success. Investments in hospital facilities, training programs and research increased access to high-quality healthcare.
The Clark Foundation’s support of major cultural institutions provided students and teachers with new educational opportunities. From 2016 – 2025, the Clark Foundation invested in more than 300 organizations, building a legacy of opportunity for individuals, families, and communities. Our collaborative approach resulted in stronger, more sustainable organizations.
Our investments not only strengthened organizations, but also created new opportunities for students, DC residents, and veterans to thrive. All data accurate to 2025.
