AMG Charitable Gift Foundation – AMG National Trust AMG Charitable Gift Foundation AMG Charitable Gift Foundation AMG’s Charitable Gift Foundation offers an easy way to make a meaningful impact by simplifying charitable giving with a donor-advised fund. A donor-advised fund allows you to make charitable contributions to a foundation from which you can later request distributions to the charities you love.
It’s easy to setup, you can name the account, and your contributions may be eligible for an immediate tax deduction. You can make contributions to a donor-advised fund account using a variety of asset types (cash, publicly traded securities, certain private equity, or closely held stock interests) with an initial contribution minimum of $5,000.
Then you advise the foundation how you prefer the account to be invested, choosing among multiple investment options that are professionally managed by AMG National Trust. Assets grow tax-free until distributed. When it’s time to support your favorite 501(c)(3) charity, you just let us know and we take care of the rest.
