Handicapped Accessibility Grant | Chickasaw Nation > Services > Handicapped Accessibility Grant Handicapped Accessibility Grant Handicapped Accessibility Grant Chickasaw Nation Residents, Chickasaws At‑large This program provides income-eligible citizens financial assistance to make their homes handicapped accessible.
This grant pays up to $7,500 directly to a Chickasaw citizen living outside the Chickasaw Nation boundaries for the contractor of their choice. Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen, meet income eligibility requirements and have an approved form of disability verification. The home must be the primary residence and be outside of the Chickasaw Nation boundaries.

Required Forms and Documents Chickasaw Nation Citizen Support Center After-hours assistance is available by calling (580) 757‑9082 or (833) 551‑0980. This program provides assistance to income-eligible citizens to make their homes handicapped accessible. This assistance is a grant up to $7,500 paid directly to a Chickasaw citizen living at large and the contractor of their choice.
